This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Write down something that you have been putting off doing? Next write down the name(s) of someone who could help you and/or encourage you. Write down a course or something you could sign up for that would teach you the skills you might need or in some way keep you on track. Finally, write down something that you enjoy but don't let yourself do often that would fit as a reward for finishing or making progress toward this thing that you have been putting off.
