This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Write down what the most fulfilling part of your day is.  Your week?  What makes it the most fulfilling?  Next, write down what the most enjoyable part of you day or week is, and what makes it the most enjoyable. 

In your journal:
Make a list of the positive traits that come naturally to you or that you have mastered.  Then make a list of the areas where you have improved significantly.  What helped you the most as you tried to improve these areas?
