Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
What is most important to you?  Review your day or week.  If you had kept in mind throughout the day, what was most important to you, what might you have done more of?  Done differently?  Avoided?

In your journal:
This week, each time you catch yourself mentally or verbally criticizing someone stop and ask yourself how well you live up to the same standard you are holding the other person to?  What excuses do you give yourself when you don't live up to this standard?  What excuses might you be able to make for this person?

This and Last Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
If you could take early retirement, what would be your ideal retirement job?  What job would you like to do because you enjoy it and to be productive or keep busy without regard to how much you might get paid?

In your journal:
Think of a big step or change that you're planning to make. What do you need before you take this step?  What would help make you more successful or make taking such a big step easier?
