This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Write down your favorite ways to bond with your friends, children, and significant other.  Think of favorite moments in the past.  What would you like to try in the future?

In your journal:

Make a list of some of your limits right now?  Emotionally?  Physically?  Financially?  What might help you break through these limits?

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Make three lists.  First write down what you need to survive.  Then make a list of what you need to be comfortable.  Finally make a list of what you need to be happy.  How different are each of these lists?  How is the focus of the list you made of what you need to be happy different from the other two lists?

This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Write down some of the life-changing decisions you made in the past.  Which ones worked out well?  Which ones did not?  Which ones would you make again?  Which ones might you change if you could?  What life changing decisions are you considering or uncertain about for the future?  How can you learn from some of the big decision you made in the past?

In your journal:

If you could be great at just one thing in your personal life, what would it be?  How about at work?  Why?  What does this show is important to you?
