This Week's Journal Exercise 12/30

In your journal:
What are you most interested in? What do you spend most of your time
doing, learning about, talking about, watching or involved in? What are you
passionate about? In each of these areas, how would you like to help change the
world in a positive way? If you could change the world in just three ways
what would they be? Put them in order of importance to you. If you were to
put all your time and effort into one thing, spending a lifetime to
accomplish one thing, what would it be? If you could be known for just one thing
what would you choose?

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Pay attention to how many times you disagree with what others say to you today or this week.  Where does the conversation end up?  How do you and the other person feel about what was said?  Consider again what the other person said.  Can you agree with at least part of what they said?  Try starting with the part you agree with and then mention the part that still worries you.  How does this affect the conversations you have this week?
