This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

What helps you to be most productive? What habit or what place or situation helps you to get a lot done? Think of some of the times when you were most productive or got a lot done? Where were you? What type of situation was it? Are there similarities between items on your list?

Weekly Journal Exercises 12/5 and 12/12

In your journal:

Make a list of the things you depend on or turn to in order to get through a difficult project?  Next make a list of the things you depend on or turn to in order to get through a difficult time in your life?  Why does this help?  What items on your list are healthy?  What might you be able to substitute for the unhealthy items on your list?

In your journal:

Think of an area in your life where you would like to see more progress.  How can you make something that you are already doing in this area more effective?  What is the most effective way to make progress in this area?  What might you be able to do in addition to what you are already doing?  What, in this area, is your biggest time waster?  What undermines your efforts in this area?
