This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of what you feel is worth waiting for.  What are some of the things that are worth waiting for rather than accepting an imitation or something that is good enough?

In your journal:
Take a look at your to do list or write down all the things you feel pressed to do or start right now.  Look over the list.  What can wait?  Based on your priorities, what can you put off so that something that is more important can get done?  Ask a trusted friend what they feel you could put off for now.  Then make a new list of those things that can't wait.

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think of the last time someone gave you a sincere apology and the last time you received a rather insincere one. What was the difference?  How could you tell one was sincere and the other insincere?  Next write down the name of someone who may need an apology from you.  Make a list of how you can make sure it comes across as a sincere one.  © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
