This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

What feelings of guilt are dragging you down?  How can you use these feelings of guilt as a motivator instead and focus your energy on the change you want to make or doing the right thing next time?

Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Each day this week, write down a situation where you are not happy with how you reacted or responded to someone or some situation.  Why are you unhappy with how you responded?  What kind of person do you want to be regardless of the situation or how others act?  Think of someone whom you admire?  How might they have reacted?  Not sure?  Ask them. Then rewrite the scene detailing how you would like to react or respond next time.

In your journal:

Is there something you've been putting off or ignoring for a while?  Is anything on your list more urgent than you're willing to admit?  What can you do today to get the ball rolling?
