This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
What are you hanging onto too strongly that isn't working? What are you trying and hoping for that continues to allude you? What is causing you pain because you just can't seem to make it work or bring this thing into your life? Why isn't it working? What can you do instead or what else can you do? Is it possible that this is something you just can't bring into your life - at least not at this moment? How can you let it go -at least for now? What can you focus on that is already in your life? What is the next best thing that you can achieve or focus on instead?
