This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Write down the name of someone you need or want something from but don't feel as though you are getting it.  What is it that you want?  Write this down.  Be as specific as you can.  How have you expressed this need or want to this person? How did they respond?  If this person wanted the same thing from you, how would you want them to let you know?  What is the best approach they could use with you?  First, list the ways you can start to give this person the same thing(s) you're asking from them? Finally how can your lists above help you come up with a way to try and express your need again?  © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of the things that help, and a list of the things that hinder your attempts to improve, change, or reach your goals.  What are your weaknesses?  What makes you feel overwhelmed?  What makes you feel energized?  What keeps you on track?  Apply your list to a current goal or area you're trying to change. © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
