This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Do you tend to live in the past, present, or future?  Notice your thoughts during the day.  Are you usually focused on the present moment?  Do you find yourself mostly reminiscing or thinking about the past?  Are you constantly planning for the future?  Where are the majority of your thoughts focused?  How might you find some balance?  Write down some ways you can let go of or build on the past, enjoy the present, and still take action to improve the future?

In your journal:

In what areas do you tend to try and do everything at once?  How can you break up the job(s) into manageable parts?  What is priority for you and what can be put on the back burner?  Is there something you can let someone else take care of and lighten your load?

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Write down an argument you had this week.  What was this argument about?  What did you want?  What did the other person want?  What could have solved this problem?  What compromise was or could have been reached?
