This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Chose something you would like to change. What do you wish to do instead? What can you do each day to practice this new trait? Give yourself a goal. How many times during the day will you try to practice this change? Where are the best places to practice? How will you reward yourself for reaching your goal? What natural rewards will making this change bring?
