Weekly Journal Exercises - This and Previous Weeks
In your journal:
When you think over the last week or month, what were your favorite and most enjoyable interactions with others? Who were these times with? What made them so enjoyable? What did each of you do or say? How did this person make you feel? How did they make you feel this way? How did you make them feel?
In your journal:
Who have you been neglecting lately? Make a list of what you can do for this person this week?
In your journal:
Make a list of the people you would most like to meet. What do you admire about these people and/or why do you want to meet them? What qualities do they posses that you find most interesting?
In your journal:
Where do you tend to be most competitive? What people or areas of your life bring out your competitive side? Where do you feel the need to win? What happens if you lose? What does this show is important to you? Where and with whom do you tend to be least competitive?
In your journal:
What are the three most important things you want to teach your children? What do you feel will help them most in life?
