This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Each night this week, write down one thing from your day that you wish you had done differently.  What do you wish you had done?  Why?  What do you feel would have happened if you had done things differently?  Try to picture yourself doing things differently next time.

In your journal:
Make a list of what you wish you had started working on 10 years ago.  What do you wish you had worked on a little each day or week for the last 10 years?  Pick the most important item on your list.  How can you start working on this item a little each day or week?  Where will you be 10 years from now if you do?

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think of a goal that is important to you that you are working towards.  Now write down some of the things that you are doing that may sabotage your own efforts.  What might you do that gets in the way of or undoes some of the progress you are trying to make?  What can you do instead that would help move you toward your goal?
