This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Write down something that you've made a mess of and need to try again.  What went wrong the first time?  How can you avoid these same mistakes on your second try?  What can you do to fix things rather than start from scratch?

This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think over your day or week.  Was there something you knew you shouldn't or didn't want to do but did it anyway?  Why?  What excuses did you give yourself?  Make a plan for next time.  What response can you give those excuses?  What can you do instead?

In your journal:
Think of someone who made you feel good about yourself this week.  What did they do?  How did they make you feel good about yourself?  How can you use this to make someone else feel good today or this week?
