This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
If you had an entire week to accomplish something you've been putting off, what would it be?  Make a list of some of the things you could accomplish in a week.  Things that you've wanted to get done but haven't had time.  What if you had a month?  Choose the item on your list that is most important to you.  How can you break the item down into small goals that you can get done each day or a little each weekend?

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of the rewards and incentives that you give yourself to deal with stress, celebrate something you have achieved, cheer yourself up, and/or get yourself motivated.  These are things that you buy, do, promise yourself or otherwise indulge in.  Which of the items in your list might be unhealthy?  Next to each unhealthy item write down something that you can use instead as a substitute sometimes or all of the time.  © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think of something in your life that you would like to improve.  Then make a list of ways, probable and improbable, that you'd like to improve it.  Next to each improbable item, try to come up with a similar but more probable way to make an improvement.  Finally, circle three probable ways that you can use to start improving this week. © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
