Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Think of someone you know that handles or deals with difficult people well.  What do you feel makes them able to do this? What do they do or say that improves the situation?  What do they do or say to not be pushed around by them?  How do they keep from getting angry and letting things get negative?

In your journal

How easily are you influenced by the moods and actions of others?  Think of someone you know that has a tendency to be grumpy or unhappy.  When around them, how does their mood affect your own mood and actions?  What do you tend to do when you are around someone who is regularly grumpy or unhappy?  What about someone who tends to be regularly sad or stressed?  How can you try and minimize their affect on your own mood?

Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Is there an area of your life where you are experiencing problems that has taken over your whole focus?  How can you put this area back into perspective and redirect some of your focus to the other areas of your life that you are happy or excited about?

In your journal:

What consistent regular action would keep your life flowing?  Where do you lack consistent action?  How do things tend to build up here?  Why do you find it hard to stay consistent?
