This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
If you had an entire week to accomplish something you've been putting off, what would it be?  Make a list of some of the things you could accomplish in a week.  Things that you've wanted to get done but haven't had time.  What if you had a month?  Choose the item on your list that is most important to you.  How can you break the item down into small goals that you can get done each day or a little each weekend?
