This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of the rewards and incentives that you give yourself to deal with stress, celebrate something you have achieved, cheer yourself up, and/or get yourself motivated.  These are things that you buy, do, promise yourself or otherwise indulge in.  Which of the items in your list might be unhealthy?  Next to each unhealthy item write down something that you can use instead as a substitute sometimes or all of the time.  © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
