This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Pay attention to how many times you disagree with what others say to you today or this week. Where does the conversation end up? How do you and the other person feel about what was said? Consider again what the other person said. Can you agree with at least part of what they said? Try starting with the part you agree with and then mention the part that still worries you. How does this affect the conversations you have this week?
