This and Next Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Think of something that you currently want. Is it possible you are making it out to be better than it really is? Will it really bring you all that you expect it to? What are some things you might lose or some negatives that what you want might bring as well? What should you enjoy now while you still can? Try to look at it in a more objective light or ask someone you trust for their opinion. What are you hoping it will bring you? What then do you really want? How else can you create this for yourself?

Think of something that is bothering you today or this week - maybe something annoying or something you feel bad about. How will you feel about this item 1 year from now? 10 years from now? How about 30 or 40 years from now?
