This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Make a list of what motivates you? How do you use these motivations? Which ones are healthy? Which ones are unhealthy? Why does each one motivate you? How does each one motivate you? With what can you replace the unhealthy ones? Based on your lists, what else might motivate you? Circle your best, healthiest motivations and write down how you can best use them.
