In your journal:
What are you doing that might be undermining your own efforts or goals? Think of some of the things you would like or are trying to accomplish. What habits, thoughts, or other actions keep getting in the way? How can you develop different habits, thoughts or actions that will help you in achieving these goals?
In your journal:
As you get older, how has your definition of success changed? What was your definition of success five years ago? Who influenced you the most in this definition? What is your definition of success now? How has it changed? Why has it changed? What currently influences your definition the most? What might your definition be five years from now?
