This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of the areas in your life where you're having trouble setting limits. What problems mentally or physically is it causing? Circle those areas in which setting limits would benefit yourself and your family. In what ways would you or your family benefit? What limits do you feel you need to set? Choose a limit to work on this week.
