Make a list of the people who always seem to leave you feeling bad about yourself? Add to this list those that you leave feeling stressed, and/or frustrated? Why do you leave these people feeling bad about yourself and/or in a bad mood? Next make a list of the people who make you feel good about yourself. Add to it those you leave feeling calm, peaceful and full of energy and/or motivated to do something positive? What are these people doing that help you to leave them feeling good about yourself and/or in a positive mood?
