This and Next Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think of a time you were upset or bothered about something and you were able to get the situation resolved.  What did you do?  What did you say?  How did you say it?  Think of a time when you let your emotions get the better of you and you got angry.  Did this help?  Were you able to get what you needed or wanted?  What might have helped?

 

In your journal:

Write down what you would enjoy doing right now.  Then write down how you would feel after doing these things.  What can you do right now that you will feel good about after it's done?
