This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Make a list of what you've done this week or today. What was the reason behind each item on your list? Why did you do each of these items? What did you do because it fit your goals? What did you do simply because you felt it was expected of you or someone else wanted you to do it? How did your accomplishments and actions this week fit with your priorities and goals?
