This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Write down an activity or project that you used to look forward to doing but now it has become stressful or burdensome.  Have you put it off in the past and now feel it feels more like you have to complete it rather than you want to? Does it feel like it should already be done?  Has it become mundane to you?  What made you look forward to this activity or project in the past?  How can you get motivated to tackle this activity or project again?
