In your journal:
What do you have to do today? With each item on your list what is your goal? What are you working towards? What are you trying to achieve?
In your journal:
Think of something that you have to do for someone else. What is the least that is expected of you? What is the most or maximum you could do without completely going over the top? What's something in the middle of the two?
