Journal Exercises - 3 Weeks
In your journal:
Write down 3 things you wish you had said today or this week. Why? What if you had said them? What would be the result? Why would this make you feel better? Next write down 3 things you wish you hadn't said today and why? What was the result? If you had refrained from saying these things how would you feel now?
In your journal:
Write down the name of a person that you look forward to seeing and like to spend time with? What does this person tend to talk about? How does this person act? What makes them enjoyable to be around? Now think of someone you tend to avoid or don't enjoy spending time with. What does this person talk about? How does this person act? What makes them hard to be around?
In your journal:
What clutter is bothering you? How can you organize, minimize or get rid of this clutter? Next make a list of the clutter that is in your mind. What thoughts, attitudes, and emotions are getting in the way and making it difficult to do, say, or feel what you want?
