This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
What is the key area you need to work on? What problem or trouble are you facing time and time again? What constantly upsets you or what do you struggle with on a regular basis? What is stopping you from making progress in this area? What attitude or belief do you have in this area? What are you currently doing? Why is it not working? What might work instead? Think of someone who is succeeding in this area or a time in the past when you did well in this area? What are they doing right? What advice might they give you?
