4/3, 4/10 and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Make a list of the choices you made today.  This week.  What do these choices show is important to you?

In your journal:

What problems do you tend to feel capable solving?  Where do you tend to depend on yourself and not others?  Where do you tend to depend on others rather than yourself?  Why?

In your journal:

Make a list of any "all or nothing" thinking this week.  For example, were there any instances where you took one thing that bothered you about a person and rejected the whole person or someone criticized one part of you and you took it as a complete rejection?  Was there a time during the week when just one thing went wrong but it made you feel like the entire project or even your entire life was a failure?  How, in the future, can you keep things in perspective especially when the good still outweighs the bad?
