This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Write down a bad habit you're trying to overcome. Next, write down a positive habit you will replace the bad habit with. When you are tempted to return to your bad habit, write down or imagine how you will feel afterwards, at the end of the day, week, or year if you continue your bad habit. Then write down how you will feel at the end of the day, week, or year or after you get the results you want if you continue with the positive habit instead.
