This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Write down one or two things that you feel you are not good at and/or would like to be better at. This could be a situation you would like to handle better, a task or job you would like to excel at or any area that you would like to improve. Make a list of how you can prepare yourself to do better next time? What can you practice? What tools can you gather?
