This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:

Write down one thing that you could change that would improve many areas of your life.  Something where just by making this one change many other areas in your life will be helped as well.  Then write down something that even just starting and working on it will make improvements in your life.  Something where you do not have to wait until it's complete instead as soon as you start you will begin to get results.
