This and Next Week's Journal Exercises
In your journal:
Make a list of the ways you can best use what you already have to reach some of your goals. Try to let go of what you think you need to get started and focus on how to use what's already in your life. What tools or resources do you already have? What inspiration or motivation is already in place? In what ways can you put what you already have to good use in attaining your goals?
In your journal:
Write down all the areas in your life you feel a need to be perfect. What do you feel will happen if you are not perfect in this area? Do you tend to expect others to be perfect in these areas as well? If they are not perfect in these areas what happens? If someone succeeds in being perfect in these areas then what?
