This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Each day this week, write down when you caught your self exaggerating about something?  Why did you feel the need to exaggerate?  For example, were you trying to make it more interesting?  Were you not getting the reaction you wanted or expected?  Did you feel the person you were talking with didn't believe you or take what you were saying seriously enough?
