Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Write down some of the best things you've said. This could be words of wisdom or comfort or anything else you've said that was just right at the time. Why do you consider these the best? What was the result of your words? What prompted you to say these things? Then write down some of the worst things you've said. Why do you consider these the worst? What was the result? What prompted you to say these things? Where have you heard them before?
In your journal:
If you could have saved one thing from the past what would it have been? What one thing do you wish you still had today? What one important thing do you want save now for the future?
