This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal: 
Make a list of your motivators.  What will help you to get done something that you've wanted to do?  Enlisting someone else's help?  Taking a course or other method that requires things to get done at certain times?  A mentor?  Perhaps some friendly competition or having to report in to your friend(s)?  Rewards?  Now think of some of the things you've wanted to do.  How can you use your motivators to get it done?
