Last Week's and This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Think back over the day or week.  Write down a decision you made based on another person's actions.  (Since he/she did that, I'm going to do….)  Next to this decision write down why you based this decision on another person's actions.  What would you have done otherwise?  What effect did basing your decision on another person's actions have?

Think of the things you say to your coworkers, family, and friends.  What kind of impression are you trying to make on each?  How do you hope each will see you? Why?  How do your words portray how you want each to see you?
