This Week's Journal Exercise
In your journal:
Is there a situation where you don't seem to have enough willpower - a situation where you can't seem to stop yourself from doing what you don't really want to do? For example, getting angry in a certain situation you would prefer to stay calm in, getting involved in office gossip when you said you wouldn't, or eating something you later regret. In what situations do you tend to cave in and do some of the things you don't really want to do or know you shouldn't? Plan ahead. How can you stay away from these situations or make these situations easier for yourself? What sets you up for failure? What sets you up for success?
