Think about the advice you gave or wanted to give today or this week.  Make a list.  Read through your list and circle one of your pieces of advice to apply to your own life.  Then during the week pay attention to the advice you give or would like to give to the people around you.  Think or write about what changes would be made in your life if you followed the piece of advice yourself? © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
