This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Write down something that irritates you on a regular if not daily basis - or something that has happened recently that irritated you once before.  Picture yourself in the situation and find something you can say to yourself or the other person to diffuse the situation.  What can you picture yourself saying that will have a calming effect and/or stop your irritation?  © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com

This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of any regrets that you tend to have on a regular basis.  Anything that you have a habit of doing regularly that you almost always regret once you've done it.  Then take one item from your list and write down 5 preventative measures you can take so that you lessen the amount of times you experience this regret.  Place the list somewhere where you can see it. © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
