This Week's Journal Exercise

In your journal:
Make a list of any regrets that you tend to have on a regular basis.  Anything that you have a habit of doing regularly that you almost always regret once you've done it.  Then take one item from your list and write down 5 preventative measures you can take so that you lessen the amount of times you experience this regret.  Place the list somewhere where you can see it. © www.AboutCreativeJournals.com
